It is the mission of the Orthopedic Kneed Foundation to provide orthopedic medical care to injured youth in the greater San Antonio area who are either under insured or do not have coverage by health insurance. All services, including surgeries provided by Dr. Peter Holmes and his team of professionals, are for free.
The following hospital costs are covered by your donations:
 Operating room expenses
Emergency room expenses
All other services are provided at NO cost:
Diagnostics
Clinical office visits
Physical therapy
Rehabilitation
Orthopedic braces and equipment.
We especially target high school athletes who are headed for college on scholarship or financial assistance based upon their athletic performance. We also serve others in need who, without our financial and professional help, would not be able to return to their pre-injury life. It is our goal to see them through full recovery and increase their chance for success.
